Returns of nail tip boxes

For a return, the box must be complete with its original seal intact. Unsealed boxes cannot be accepted for change-of-mind returns for hygiene reasons. Given the large number of nail tips, we cannot check each individual piece or verify that the contents remain complete after opening.

This condition does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty or not as described.
